In order to maintain a healthy rhythm during our event we require our vendors to be available during specific hours at a minimum. You may have your booth open outside of these hours should you choose.
Product Vendors: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 1:00PM to 6:00 PM
Food Vendors: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Applications for 2025 are open. Applications will be accepted February 1st to March 31st. Accepted will go out after all applications have been received (early April). Applications submitted after March 31st will go on a wait list.
Location will be different from 2024, but still in a high foot traffic spot. Vendors have access to vendor wifi for ease of transactions on a secure network.
Our vendor fees are $300 per business.
All tents should be anchored securely with pegs and weights. The winds can become dramatic on the prairies. We also recommend bungee straps to secure to a nearby fenced of other structure for added support. Inexpensive weight ideas: laundry detergent bottles, milk jugs, etc filled with sand or water.
